Why You Have To Purge Regularly

Humanity is so off balanced! We’re either playing the game of “TAKE TAKE TAKE”, or we’re too busy GIVING, to notice a bucket load of energy leaking right out of us! In today’s society everyone focuses on getting better, getting more, aiming higher, and so on. Truthfully, it’s a wonderful thing to want better! There is, however, a problem in the lack of balance. With every give, must come a balance of take, and vise versa. In order to achieve that which you want, you must release whatever holds you back now (what once was a helping hand, might have eventually became a burden). I don’t think we know, as a society, how important it is to release more often than the occasion requires!

Release that which doesn’t serve you. Release that which doesn’t free you. 

Letting go is not as hard as we think it is. It can be difficult. If one knows that they are releasing something for a better thing, but that better thing is not in one’s face, it will make holding onto that which you already have tightly gripped much harder to let go of. 

Not seeing that which you chase after is the fate of life. 

We aren’t supposed to have it all with the snap of a finger! Life makes you work and want it, because it wants to know if you know how much you deserve it! Life would be so flat if we just received everything we want! Even the mind needs exercise!

We spend so much time in our day building, that we have to remind ourselves to let go. Let go of those harsh words someone at the grocery store said to you. Release the anxiety gripping in your chest. Release the day’s pile of mental garbage. 

Releasing is important to do, because we build up so much unnecessary clutter in our minds and bodies, which cause a number of strange ticks over time: stress, lack of memory, short fuse, poor eating habits, need to escape, relational problems, and so much more. Even if you are a giver, and you give all that you have to other people, you’ll find that with the lack of vital essence in you, there are a lot of holes that get filled with energetic garbage: lack, stress, fatigue, and the list goes on. 

Don’t allow yourself to be off balanced any more. You are meant to feel weightless!

Now is the time to start regularly releasing and purging.  As you release, you’ll come to find that you have more energy to direct. You automatically fall into the balance of give and take. 

Some ways to release can be running, meditating, remembering to take deep breaths, forgiving, and being active in water. 

It’s hard to realize that you have so much garbage on you until the weight has been lifted off of your shoulders. I too even have to remind myself to go outside and let go. I find that the more I remember to release, the more powerful I know that I am. It feels like stripping off a heavy armor, only to realize how much faster and freer I can run without it.  Imagine if we felt that way…all the time!

Take back control of your life. Releasing the big things are vital steps to moving onto the next stage (if you haven’t already, check out my article “Let Go” in order to learn about the BIG purges). Taking out the internal trash everyday reminds you that you are always more than this world perceives you to be!
